As a Lead Interface Designer at Electronic Arts, my responsibilities included coming up with the look+feel for front ends and menu systems of several games including 2005’s NFS MOST WANTED, which went on to sell over 16 million copies worldwide. A collaborative effort with 3 other UI artists, we created a very well received interface that merged both grit, attitude, graffiti, and tech to create what we referred to as ‘controlled chaos’ that really embodied the underground street racing culture at the time.
